The $999 covers all course fees and lifetime access to the course modules after the cruise including the bonus modules. It includes the CME or CE depending on your profession.

How do I book the cruise?

Cruise reservations must be made through our partner travel agency, not directly through the cruise line. Do I have to book my room through the travel partner?

Yes. Room booking is required through our partner travel agency to ensure you are registered as part of the continuing education program.

Can family or friends join me on the cruise?

Yes! We would love to have your family and friends join us! Many of our team will have kids joining us, and the kids club on the ship is a fan favorite. Guests, family members, and companions are welcome to book with you through the travel partner. Only registered course participants need to pay the $999 course fee to attend the educational sessions. We will have a group reception one evening during the cruise that they will be welcome to join you as well.

Are continuing education credits included?

Yes. This program is accredited for continuing education. Specific details about CE hours and accrediting bodies are provided on the registration page.

Do I need to attend all sessions in person?

Participants are strongly encouraged to attend live sessions on board to receive live CE credit. However, all modules will be available online after the cruise for lifetime access and on-demand credit will be available for the full program once available.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies for the cruise fare are determined by the travel partner and cruise line. The course fee is non-refundable due to the on-demand program being available afterward if you unfortunately are unable to join us.

Will there be time to enjoy the cruise activities?

Yes. Educational sessions are scheduled to allow for plenty of free time to enjoy the cruise, excursions, and onboard amenities. We will only be teaching on the days at sea. The rest of the time is yours to explore!
