3. Digital Products and Automatic Renewals

Some of our Services are sold as digital products, including individual courses, downloadable materials, and subscription-style access passes (such as an annual pass).

If you purchase an annual pass or other subscription product, your payment method on file will be automatically charged at the then-current price at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
We will send a reminder email in advance of a renewal charge where required by law or as a courtesy.
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@functionalmedicinece.com. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Terms & Conditions.
Because our courses and digital materials are delivered electronically and accessible immediately upon purchase, sales are generally final except as described in our Terms & Conditions or required by applicable law.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

Service providers: payment processors, email and marketing platforms, learning management and course-hosting platforms, and analytics providers who process data on our behalf.
Continuing education reporting: where required, with accrediting bodies to verify or report completed CE credit.
